Why advice alone is not enough

Change rarely fails because of the concept

Research on change management in healthcare is clear: up to 70 per cent of all change projects fail — usually because of implementation rather than the idea itself: a lack of structure, insufficient involvement of those affected, unclear responsibilities, or simply because new processes fail to deliver in practice what they promised on paper.

Organisations that use structured change management are, by contrast, up to seven times more likely to achieve their objectives. The difference lies not in the analysis, but in consistent support throughout the change process — from observation and development through to real-world operation.

That is where our consultancy comes in. We do not deliver consultancy reports to be filed away: we support change until it works in everyday practice. Simulation as a validation step ensures that new processes are tested before they go live.
