Since 2005, we have supported hospitals, primary care units, care facilities, emergency medical services and educational institutions with one shared aim: realistic training where it is needed. More than 25,000 participants trained reflect these long-standing working relationships.
“When opening a new primary care unit, we face a dual challenge:
establishing lean, reliable everyday processes from the outset, while preparing an interprofessional team for emergencies that are rare but critical.
With the PVE Startup-Paket, Med-STA has developed exactly the right format:
it combines Lean and high reliability organisation approaches to our routine processes with practical emergency training — compact, structured and tailored to our team.
This gives our whole team confidence, from reception staff to our nursing and medical team.”
“Med-STA brings something to our degree programme that textbooks alone cannot provide:
realistic simulation scenarios that prepare our students for critical situations in clinical practice. The instructors understand the requirements of nursing education and create learning experiences that bring theory and practice together.
For our degree programme, Med-STA is a reliable partner who works with us as an equal.”
“Med-STA delivers training in our hospital, with our teams and in our own premises. They examine and evaluate our processes.
For more than ten years, they have supported us with ERC courses and in situ simulation focused on the situations where our teams need confidence in everyday practice.
That continuity, and their ability to adapt training to our hospital’s specific requirements, make the difference for us.”
“Working with Med-STA makes a valuable contribution to the education of our emergency medical personnel at Grünes Kreuz.
In particular, the Med-STA instructors use advanced simulation training to help participants develop practical skills in a short time.
The European Paediatric Immediate Life Support and Advanced Life Support courses they offer are tailored to the requirements of emergency medical services, and their realistic simulation scenarios are convincing.
Med-STA provides training that supports high-quality pre-hospital care and gives our emergency medical personnel confidence.”
