PHASE 1

Before the event

Setting up the event in the streaming software
Creating streaming links for social platforms on request
Designing custom graphics, including sponsor overlays
Preparing and testing all remote connections
Transporting and setting up the streaming equipment
Liaising with speakers and fitting and connecting microphones
Completing a technical rehearsal before the event starts

PHASE 2

During the stream

Starting the stream and checking the technical setup
Live production with ongoing picture and sound checks
Relaying questions from the online audience to the moderator via tablet
Communicating with participants through live chat
Managing remote contributions and presentation sources

PHASE 3

After the stream

Dismantling and returning the equipment
Editing the recording into individual presentations

We bring a mobile studio to your event: cameras, wireless microphones, production control, streaming encoders, branding and backup connections. Our aim is a technically reliable, visually professional livestream that presents your medical content clearly.

TECHNICAL SETUP

Professional equipment. Broadcast quality.

Two 4K streaming cameras — 60 fps, 20× zoom and auto-tracking. One camera follows the speaker; the other captures interaction and audience questions.
Up to three additional HDMI/SDI sources — presentations, medical equipment and live demonstrations shown in picture-in-picture.
Sennheiser digital wireless audio — dynamic noise reduction, two handheld transmitters plus two headsets or lavalier microphones.
Venue audio integration — connection to the venue’s existing sound system.
Branding & overlays — custom lower thirds, speaker names and sponsor graphics.
LTE upload backup — connections to two separate mobile networks for added resilience, included in the package.
